After the initial introduction and detailed discussions regarding planning and costing, during which the most agreeable terms were confirmed, we contracted SM Construction to proceed with the much anticipated renovations to our home.
We found Steve Mullins to be extremely capable in his ability to carry out all works from foundations through to completion, all to an excellent standard. He particularly excelled in all masonry work, which was key to the overall aesthetic finish of the project. This work was completed to a very high quality, and the external renovations were exemplary, with all brickwork tying seamlessly into the existing structure.
